Creation of a loading of images

Hello I am making a website on joomla for a photo contest for this contest should upload images to our server, this is already done and can be paid only when the images are uploaded need to leave an image of loading for the mietras user to wait up. To do this I need to change the submit button but can not find where I can modify them. Someone could indicate where to?.
