Thanks Tuan - I did a little formatting to the file and it works perfectly. The coupon code is now at the bottom as it should be!

NEW Question: When I enter an invalid coupon code I am taken to "404- Category Not Found" page. Is there another option?

For example, it would be great if it would say "coupon not valid" or something else that indicates the coupon code is the issue. Can I do this?

It should not work like that. It seems it is a bug. Could you please send me the link to the page so that I can try it myself to see what's wrong here?

Enter in any coupon code and click "Review Order" and you will get the 404 error.
