Email notifications not received

When using the PHP mail function, the payee successfully receives payment notification from Joomla.
However, the administrator is not receiving any payment confirmations.

Where do you configure the emails addresses that should be used? Because currently, we selected "Notification emails " on the Configuration >> Messages page and have not been receiving the messages.

I cannot use STMP because we use Google Apps and our server has issues authentication (Windows Joomla), so we've resorted to PHP Mail Function for sending messages.

As replied via support ticket (or email, I don't remember correctly), there might be a problem with the email you entered in Notification Emails config option. Please try to use a different email and it should work .
