Hi,
I also need to have customized field tags on emails, is this possible?
Ex. I have a new field for person's title like Mr. Ms. Dr. Etc.
On the email, I want them to receive with the title like "Dear Mr. xxxx" where Mr. was based on the custom field.
Thanks.

It is possible. The syntax is using the name of custom field in upper case. For example, if you have a custom field pf_person_title, you can use the tag [PF_PERSON_TITLE] (please note it needs to be in uppercase).
Hope that help.

Thank you! We found that! However the Date field isn't pulling the date and displaying it properly. Do you have a list of what variables can be used?
Also, we would like to pass some of these custom field details to Authorize.NET so they are stored in their database - for example an Invoice ID, the Customer ID and the Job Number. All these are set up on the Authorize.NET side but we can not figure out how to get these included. Can you please tell me how we pass these custom field details to Authorize?
Thank you!

Hi Rob
There is no [DATE] tag for the email. Supported fields includes all fields which you are having on your forms, [AMOUNT], [TRANSACTION_ID], [PAYMENT_METHOD]
For passing data to Authorize.net, I don't see they mentioned anywhere in their documentation. Could you please try to contact them and ask them how to pass the custom data to authorize.net so that I can guide you ?
