International (Australian) users & 403 error was created by varoper
Hello!
I've got a shopping cart set up using Payment form, and am currently doing testing. I'm located in the US, but Australians are doing form testing as well. When I do a test submission on the form, I (and others testing in the US) are able to get through the process, but those testing in Australia are getting a "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied" page when they submit the initial form information and try to view the confirmation page. Does anyone have any ideas if there might be some sort of regional issue going on - for example, if there's a cookie being set based on where the server is (in the US), and maybe expiring when Australian users try to submit the form?
Thanks!

Hi
It seems one setting in your site causing this issue. Please Go to Site -> Configuration, find the config option User Registration, set it to Yes. After that, the issue should be solved !
Regards,
Tuan
