Im getting error 1002 First Data/Linkpointcentral

I have purchase your plugin and module for FirstData to accept Rent Payments, I follow at the instructions on your README file. Im trying to set it up but I keep getting error:

Form Processing Error

The following errors occurred while processing your request:
It is not possible to order from the store at this time.
Contact the merchant for further information (error 1002).

Can you please help me out?
