Paypal: Auto Return Setup

I've seen this asked a few times but never fully resolved. Is it possible to setup the auto return? I know where to do it in paypal but need a URL. I see that it is appending some dynamic parameters --- is there a way we can make this work from paypal?

At the moment, the extension doesn't support this feature because the payment completed page require a dynamic parameter (ID of the payment record).

However, if you want, you can submit a support ticket and I will edit code to make it works for you. (next week or this weekend please because these days I have to spend most of my time in the hospital with my soon (he was born two days ago).
