https on confirmation page not work

form uses a slightly modified template - no images or menu items and opens in new window. this was done to keep https functional. some external links keep https not authenticating.

So, my menu item linking to form is set to https. forms set to use https.
https is ok on the form entry page. when clicking to next page for confirmation, form redirects to my default template, not my modified template - thus breaking https.

help appreciated.

I have selected to bypass the confirmation page, but still get directed to confirmation page before being sent to auth.net

CLicking on the little security icon and the media settings, I found there was an image link from facebook in one of my modules not using https. I edited the link to the image an https:// link and now all is fine. I am using the confirmation page ok too. The only question remaining is why when I turned off the setting for the confirmation page, the page still showed. At this point it does not matter if the confirmation page shows or not. All my questions are answered.

All of our images are hosted and are exactly the same as what is displayed on the initial payment page.
However, the payment plug-in still redirects to http rather than https. Are there any other solutions for this issue?

https://domaiin/mypagementpage works just fine.
When submitting the initial billing information, users are redirected to http://domaiin/mypagementpage.

"Activate HTTPS" is enabled.
