Export Invoice date change

Good day Dam

I see when I export an invoice from admin that the invoice date is created as the day that I do the export. That causes a problem since I am not able to match the payment with the booking date and the Invoice date, 

Is it possible to:
1. Attache an invoice to the Admin notification instead of me having to export the Invoices once a month for the accountant
2. Can we make the date on the invoice the same as the date of the booking and not the export date?

Hi Wynand,
In Configuration page -> Tab: Invoice, we have configure option to send the invoice to Administrator through notification emails. You can enable it to receive the invoice from notification emails.
By the way, in next OS Services Booking version, i will make the change to replace current date in the invoice by booking date.

Hello Dam

In the settings tab indicated above mine is set to yes, but I do not receive an invoice. I only receive the ICS appointment date file.

Hi Wynand,
You can submit ticket on category OS Services Booking, i will check the issue with invoice sending to administrator and the date format in the invoice content for you
