Add visual feedback while a payment is being processed

When a customer presses the button to process their card payment (Stripe, in my case), there's no visual feedback that the button has been pressed, and it's perhaps 10 seconds before the payment is done (or rejected etc..).

During tests, some people were not sure that they had pressed the button, so they did it again - and perhaps again!

When payment handshaking begins, can we have some kind of 'processing..', or 'please wait' message displayed to ressure people that things are happening.

Same for me, we need visual feedback during processing of Stripe payments.
