Send Invoice on Registration

Hi Dam
In the older versions, the PDF invoice for Offline EFT was send to the client upon registration. Now it seems there is only two options:

1. Invoice will be sent when order status is Complete or
2. Invoice will be sent when order status is attended.

With offline EFT we need to send an email to the client in order to make the payment with the PDF invoice attached. That means that we need a third category above to be able to set it to either:

1. Upon registration
2. Pending

My other option is to automatically set the order to Complete upon registration, but with Offline EFT I like to only set that to complete when I have received the payment.

Yes, the client on RSA pays on the issuing of the invoice, not on order.

They complain that they did not receive an invoice to make the offline payment.

Yes, currently, OS Services Booking doesn't send the invoice when the offline payment is pending. You can submit ticket on category: OS Services Booking and i will help you to make the change.

I had to set the standard to Complete when the client makes the booking of the session without the payment received.

That is the only way that they can receive their invoice to make the payment. I will just have to control manually who actually paid and who did not.

Why not make a third option.

1. Pending
2. Invoiced
3. Complete
and then the rest like attended or cancelled etc.

OK, i will think about your idea for future improvement. In next OS Services Booking version, i will add option to attach the invoice in the Payment confirmation emails. I think that's simplest solution in this case.
