When the cancel a booking link is clicked, it automatically cancels the appointment without a confirmation. There needs to be a confirmaiton added to the process. EMail security systems often check links automatically to make sure they are not a security threat. When this happens, it could inadvertly cancel the appointment, which I believe is what happened to several of our clients.
