I contacted clickatell.  They said the only thing you are missing when we ran a test of the system for it to function in the united states is a field to enter the "from number".

I have to be honest EzTexting.com is very expensive for sending free text messages.  

Is there any way you could add that "from number" to the clickatell integration.  As the USA requires two way.  Thanks.

Could you please contact with ClickAtell to ask them how to add From number in the API so i can add it for you
