Admins can delete the order in their cart for too long time.
Or add a value time for orders in cart. After the time, system will release the orders.
Or When customers have confirmed orders, then subtract orders from seats.

Hi Krystin,
Thank you for your suggestion, i will add configure option to allow administrator to setup the live time of temporarily cart in next OS Services Booking version.
