add "address" and "phone number" fields to "service"

we have many services that are located at different location address and different phone number. when user make booking, I hope that these info can be shown in their email booking notification so that they know where to go, who to call. people can click the phone number in email to call or click the address link in the email to open a map.

You can use Venue feature in case you want to be able to add Service location information
