When a user signs up they have a notes field they can add information to. The information in the notes field would prove handy to have exported to the Google Calendar in the description field same place you currently put their name and phone number. It would make it easy to reference at the time of the appointment what they need the employee to know. I think an option to have that would be the preferred way.
