OS Services Booking 11.0 – email attachments not saved in Configuration

Hello,
I am using version 11.0 and would like to have email attachments added to the booking confirmation. However, when I use the five email attachment fields in the Configuration and then click Save, the files are not uploaded or saved. As a result, I cannot select any files to be attached to the confirmation email. I have checked the settings in the Joomla backend: PDF files of sufficient size can be uploaded, and this works elsewhere outside the extension. I have also checked and simplified the file names and extensions, but without success. I tried it in both Safari and Chrome with the same result, and I also tested several different PDF files under 2 MB. This is where it fails. What can I do to get this feature working?

Thank you for your detailed report. We have confirmed a bug in the code that stores email attachment files.
We have fixed the issue, and the fix is included in OS Services Booking 12.0, which will be released tomorrow.
Please update to version 12.0 once it is available, then try uploading and saving your attachments again.
