Menù item don't work correctly

I'm having a problem with a menu item. It's linked to a service category, but unlike the other menu items, it shows me a single service to book.
But I created three different resource types in the same category, associated with three different services.
The other menu items aren't causing any problems.

Please check the dropdown select list on that page.
There are 3 options available in the dropdown list. It may not be very obvious because of the current layout/style, so it might look like only one service is displayed.
However, the services are available inside that select list.

sorry, but the problem is another, the menu "Prenota Massaggio" it's same type "index.php?option=com_osservicesbooking&view=services&category_id=3" and the menu item "Prenota Solarium" it's "index.php?option=com_osservicesbooking&view=services&category_id=5", just different category.
But in the first i see the list of the services with boxes, the second no, why? i want the same layout

if I disable the "SEF" option on the site it shows it correctly instead, this is the link:
index.php?option=com_osservicesbooking&view=services&category_id=5&Itemid=226
it's a bug?

Please submit a new ticket under the category OS Services Booking and include your website information so I can check the issue directly.
In the ticket, please provide:
- Website URL
- Joomla administrator account
- The two menu items/URLs you mentioned:
1. Prenota Massaggio
2. Prenota Solarium
A short note explaining that the layout changes when SEF is enabled
Once I have access, I will check the configuration, menu Itemid/routing, and layout settings to see where the problem comes from.
