Cron job not working anymore

In version 9 the booking reminders are not sent anymore. See error message in picture, this occurred when I executed the cron.php directly..

Hi Peter,
In the new version of OS Services Booking, we no longer use the old cron.php file.
Instead, the cron task is now handled by the OSB Cron Task plugin.
You can read the documentation and setup instructions here:
docs.joomdonation.com/osservicesbooking/...osb-cron-task-plugin
Please check it and configure the cron task using this plugin.

I tried to get the cron plugin to work but there are no reminders whatsoever. My host checked and following cron task functions without problems, but there are no reminders sent, what can I do to get this working? curl --request GET compulsieveconsumentcoach.com/index.php?trigger_code=xxxxxxxxx > /dev/null 2>&1

the https:// part is in the cron task but the forum software doesn't show it here

Hi,
In the published plugin for cron task I put the same trigger code as in the cron task. I activated reminders in the configuration set at 2 hours, activated it for the clients too. Please inform me if you need more details

So if the reminder emails are still not being sent, I will need to check the code to find the cause.

PS could it be that the website is offline and we are logging in as administrator to test things out?

The site being offline could be the reason why the reminder emails are not working.
Reminder emails usually need the website to be accessible so the scheduled task or email process can run correctly. If the site is offline, that process may not be triggered properly.
Please turn the site online and test the reminder emails again.
