Add Message on Layout?

I have added a couple of questions as custom fields which appear on the customer form as "Other Information". My client is asking to place a note under the heading, emphasizing a statement about services taking longer for diabetics. Yes, the custom fields I added are required, but I still need the statement to appear on both this form as well as the booking summary, including a "your appointment will not be placed until you confirm", since we just implemented the booking program and someone already thought they had an appointment when they didn't complete the booking form. 

   



I have looked at the layout customization options but do not see a place where I could possibly add these statements. And under normal circumstances, most customers would not need them, but this client has quite a few older customers who need reinforcing statements.

In fact, I can help you add a text block to the Checkout form and the Configuration page.

However, please note that this change will be overridden in the future when you install a new version of OS Services Booking.

So, if you would like me to make this change for you, please submit a support ticket under the OS Services Booking category and provide administrator access details, so I can help you modify it.
