Add Multiple Emails for Notification? was created by LKHightower
The website I am working on is for a shoe store that offers custom fittings that need to be scheduled. The store client wants the email for the store to go to several employee emails instead of just one, but as far as I can tell, I can only enter one email address for an employee.

I had attempted to get around this by creating a forwarding email on my server, but upon testing, at least one of the three email addresses being copied has restrictions in the email setup to disallow forwards, so it's not an option. (Not all of the email addresses are from the store domain.)

Is there a way to add more than one email to be notified in the event of an appointment? I'm assuming the notification is generated and sent to the listed employee email?

Hi,
In the OS Services Booking configuration, please go to the tab: General
There, you will see the field: Notification email address
In that field, you can enter multiple email addresses, separated by commas. All of those email addresses will receive notification emails from the system when there is a new order.
Best regards,
Dam
