Hi there.

OS Services Booking is my SW of choice for appointments, but I want to do more with customers once booked.

For example, I’d like to keep notes, stay in touch be that by phone or email. 

is there any system that would help with that.

CRM is over the top, but similar idea in that I want to track or keep a relationship beyond sending an invoice and forgetting about them.

Thank you for your interest in enhancing customer management with OS Services Booking. I’d like to introduce four key features that can help you maintain and build relationships with your customers without needing a complex CRM system:
1. Employee Notes
Staff members can add notes to each appointment by clicking the note icon in the "Work Schedule" page. A popup will appear for entering information, which is then saved and attached to the specific appointment. These notes are visible only to staff and administrators, allowing you to keep important details and follow-ups for each customer.

2. Customer Histor
Each customer with a Joomla account has their own QR code. When staff click on this QR code, they can view the full booking history for that customer, including automatic classification (such as Loyal, Occasional, or Rare customers). This helps you easily track engagement and provide personalized service.

3. Contact via Email/Phone
Customer email addresses and phone numbers are displayed directly in the booking table. Staff can simply click to send an email or make a call, making it easy to stay in touch and follow up with your customers.

4. Automatic Reminders
The system supports automatic email or SMS reminders using templates like booking_reminder, confirmation_email, etc. You can configure these templates in the Admin area to remind customers about their appointments, confirm bookings, or send important notifications.
