How to manage schedule with changing dates (not recurring weekly pattern)? was created by Roman
Hello,I'm using OS Services Booking 6.0 for a group class booking system. I need help with the setup. My situation:
- 5 types of classes
- Classes run only on Sundays in 3 time slots: 10:30, 12:00, 13:15/13:30
- Each Sunday has only 3 classes (not all 5)
- Schedule changes every week - different combinations of classes, times, and instructors
- Group classes with 8 seats each
- Customers book one month in advance (need to see all 4 Sundays with correct schedule)
- 3 instructors: one teaches 4 class types, others teach 1-2 types each
- January 11: Class A (12:00, Instructor 1), Class B (13:30, Instructor 1)
- January 18: Class C (10:30, Instructor 2), Class B (12:00, Instructor 1), Class D (13:15, Instructor 1)
- January 25: Class D (10:30, Instructor 1), Class B (12:00, Instructor 1), Class C (13:15, Instructor 2)
- Custom Timeslots - only work by day-of-week (every Sunday), not for specific dates
- CSV Batch Import - same limitation
- Employee Busy Time/Rest Days - only 5 fields each, not enough for monthly planning (~20+ entries needed)

Hi Roman,
Have you tried using the Services Availability feature? In the services list, you can click on the calendar icon to add "Service Unavailable Time."
With this feature, you can set up unavailable time slots for a class on a specific Sunday. This should help you manage your schedule for classes that do not run every week.
Thanks
Dam
