Good day Dam

Thanks again for the extensions. 
After the October updated I have two issues:

1. When a new booking is made, admin receives notification with a csi file for outlook diary, but no invoice is attached. You did fix it before, but after the update it is broken again. Just let me know how I can fix it.

2, When I do a thank you email with a link to download a document, the www.mywebsite.com/images/downloadme.pdf throws away the https:/ part and only shows /images/downloadme.pdf which does not work when the client click on it. I have to hard code the link in the editor to display and link correctly. 

Please advise.

Hi Wynand,
1. To ensure that invoices are sent to the administrator when a new booking is made, please check your configuration settings. Make sure the option "Send invoice to administrator" is enabled. This should resolve the issue and include the invoice as an attachment in the notification email.
2. Regarding the issue with document links in your thank you emails, this can happen if the editor automatically converts full URLs to relative paths. To prevent this in Joomla editor:
- Always insert the complete URL (including www.mywebsite.com/ ...) when adding a link.
- In the editor settings, look for an option called "Relative URLs" or "Convert URLs" and set it to "No" or "Absolute URLs" if available.
- Alternatively, you can switch to the HTML/source mode in the editor and manually enter the full URL to ensure it is not modified.

Thanks for your reply.

The "Send Invoice to Administrator" is set to "Yes" and the Status = Pending.

I also saw today when I updated Joomla to 5.4 that the OSB gave an error since it showed that the OSB installation was on 3.o. Manually updated to 5.0, Now shows correctly but Joomla is still show issue with the package, but did upgrade it to Joomla 5.4

Thanks, have changed the editor settings URLs = Absolute instead of Relative. Do not no when this have changed on Joomla side.

Hi Wynand,
1. Regarding the invoice issue: If the booking status is set to "Pending," the system will not generate an invoice to send to the administrator. The invoice will only be created and sent once the booking status is confirmed or completed. Please check if this applies to your current workflow.
2. About the error with OS Services Booking 3.0 on Joomla 5: Could you please provide more details about the specific error message or issue you encountered? This information will help us better understand the problem and assist you in resolving it.
