CSV / PDF Download from fronted

Is it possible to download a real Csv not a Csv.html or a pdf from the fronted administration page? 
Can I change the output / columns of the pdf that I can export from the backend?

Could you please let us know where you are exporting the CSV file and where you encountered the csv.html error? Additionally, could you specify which PDF file you would like to change the column order for? Providing these details will help us better understand your issue and assist you more effectively.
