I was under the impression that OSB was able to handle B&B/Room or bed renting. Anyone has an idea of how to do that, or maybe has any clue of what component I need to have?

Actually, you should find a table booking extension for Joomla rather than using OS Services Booking, however, if you want to use OS Services Booking, I think you can try it.
