Multiple appointments email bug was created by Wynand Louw
Good day
When a client makes a booking for example 4 times slots on 4 different dates, the admin receives 4 .ics files whilst the employee only receives the last date and time selected.
This creates a problem between the management and staff because the system indicates 4 bookings were made, the invoice indicates four transactions, but the employee one has one appointment in their diary.
I would appreciate it if this could be fixed.
Thanks
Wynand

Hello Dam, this issued has again raised it head, that admin receives the multiple books .ics files but the employee only receives one.
This cases a problem that the employee is not aware of the multiple books and have no entry in their Outlook.
Please advise how I can fix this issue.

Hi Wynand,
We have checked the source code and did not find any issues with sending the ICS file to employees.
However, please note that a single order can contain multiple order items for different employees. In some cases, an employee may only receive one ICS file if they are scheduled just once within the same order.
To help us investigate further, could you please submit a support ticket under the OS Services Booking category and provide your site information? This will allow us to check your specific case in more detail.
Thank you for your cooperation!
Best regards,
Dam

Hi Dam, Tanks for your feedback. We only have one employee at this stage. Both services are within the same invoice and with the same employee.
That is why I am not sure why this is happening. I have now installed the latest version. Let me run a test with my Dummy client and see if the one .ics file persists. Then I will revert back to you.
