Issue with email tags was created by Eric PAUL
Hello,
I've a little issue with certain email tags, which doesn't appear in the mail :
{Services}, {Bookingdate},{Starttime} and {Endtime} are not replaced by their respective value, only the tag himself is displayed.

No issue with name, email, phone, timeslots etc.
Any ideas?

Thanks
Eric

Hi Eric,
These tags: {Bookingdate},{Starttime} and {Endtime} are only available with emails to employees. You can't use them in booking confirmation emails to customers or administrator.
Thanks
Dam

Thanks for your response. I'll modify my email templates following your informations.
Maybe in future versions for all templates?
Same thing for {Services} I suppose?
Thanks again
Eric

Hi Eric,
In OS Services Booking, one order can contain more than one order items. Therefore, we can't use those tags in confirmation emails, because those tags will only be replaced by values of one order items. That's the cause we use those tags in employee's emails. Because employee will receive the notification emails when they are booked in specific timeslot.
Hope you understand.
Thanks
Dam
