rent desk in coworking

Hi, I hope all is well for you.
I would like to know how I should set up the reservation system to handle this situation:

I have to rent desks at our coworking.
The desks are always available from 9:30 in the morning to 5:30 in the afternoon.

I created the space
I created the service and I created 3 employees that I consider "desks"

the problem I have is the following:

today, after 9:30 they are no longer available even if they have not been booked.
How can I solve it?

Hi Daniela,
I am not sure with your idea, in OSB, when the time is passed, the corresponding timeslots will be unavailable, but later timeslots should be available for booking. So could you please explain your problem more details?

My need is typical of a coworking space, that is, renting desks.
During our opening hours, free desks must always be bookable.
Our opening hours are from 9:30 in the morning to 5:30 in the afternoon; from Tuesday to Friday.
What happens is this:
let's suppose it's Tuesday and it's just past 9:30 in the morning and no desks have been booked; the booking system (after 9:30, that is, at 9:31) shows all the desks as "unavailable".
How can I solve this?

Hi Daniela,
You can split your service time-length to smaller slots, for example 15 minutes. Thus, the timeslots will always available for booking. OS Services Booking has option to hide end booking time. So customers will just see the start booking time
