I think it's possible to use OS Services Booking in your booking system. You can use "Custom timeslots" services, with custom timeslots with 12 available seats. Customers will make booking, select timeslot n specific dates and booking seats they need.
OS Services Booking will calculate the total amount, user enter their details, making payment to complete the order.
