Is it possible to display at the same time the times of several employees on one calendar?
This means a visitor can immediately see which employee is available to book on a specific day, without having to switch from one calendar to the next.

Hi Pietro,
Unfortunately, currently, the calendar view of OS Services Booking doesn't have option to show available employees on specific dates.
You just can use Default Booking layout of component to show available services/employees/timeslots on specific dates
