Custom export csv

Hi,

I'm trying to customise the csv file that is exported from the front end to view the orders. I actually need to reduce the columns and only export a few sets of fields. I'm playing around with the options in the file

administrator\components\com_osservicesbooking\classes\orders.php

but am not sure if I need to change any other files. Can you give me a hint on how to proceed or what to change?
