Gmails not sent to clients was created by Wynand Louw
Hello Dam,
Clients with Gmails are not receiving their emails when sent from the OS Booking system. Not sure if this is a server issue or an extension issue.

Just checking to see if you might know anything.

Hi Wynand,
OS Services Booking uses Joomla mail function to send emails. Therefore, if a mail address does not receive emails, it cannot be caused by OS Services Booking.
Please check your mail server and solve this issue.

Did you resolve this? We're getting the same problem. All other addresses except for gmail are being received.

This isn't problem of OS Services Booking, therefore, we don't have solution to solve it. Hope you understand

Hi,
we have a dedicated domain and don't use gmail to send emails. In our case, changing from 'phpmailer' to 'SMTP' in the server configuration fixed the problem. I hope this helps.

I am using SMTP. It seems the suppliers made changes to the VPS mail servers, which caused the problem.
