How to freeze an appointment when an employee is working on two services?

Hi,

On the demo of OS Services Booking, if I choose the employee "employee" and book an "haircut" appointment, the same hour is no more available for the "beauty salon" service.

On a test site, I created two services for the same employee but I don't find how to change an option in the configuration to get the same thing. I didn't find an explanation in the documentation. If I book an appointment, the same hour in the second service is available.

Could you help me?

Hi Robert
Check this in backend:
OS Service Booking:  Configuration -> Booking Configuration
Under booking settings (in the left hand) check that "Employee can work in multiple services in the same time" is set to No.
