Cancelled booking not showing in timeslot of calendar

Hello Dam,
A customer booked a slot and then cancelled via the cancellation link in the booking email. The Order is showing as cancelled.
Now the slot is not re-appearing as available. 
How do I manually get the slot to show as available?

Hi Neil,
Actually, when the order is cancelled, its timeslots will be available for booking. In your case, i don't know why the timeslots are still occupied after the order is cancelled. You can submit ticket on category: OS Services Booking and provide your site url with super admin account. I will help you to debug the problem.
