Hello Dam

The customer receives the email notifier [url=https://www.aquillasa.co.za/administrator/index.php?option=com_osservicesbooking&task=emails_edit&cid[]=27]remain_payment_notify_customer  [/url]when they use "offline eft". The heading of the email is "You have just made the remaining payment for order: #" and the amount shows R0.00.

This seems to be confusing for clients who think that they owe me nothing.

When is this email triggered, so that I can enter my banking details and change the Amount to the outstanding amount?

Hi Wynand,
I am not sure why the remain amount is zero (0) in this case. Could you please explain more details about it?
