Hyperlink on email remove web address on save

Struggling to link my client forms to the registration email in "Manage email templates".

When you add the hyperlink to the form, it throws away the website address www.mysite.com/ and only retains /images/osservicesbooking/agreements/agreement.pdf when you use the editor URL. I have tried it on Firefox as well as on Chrome, both with the same result. Joomla 4.1.4

Previously it work well, so I do not know what changed that this is happening. When you then select the hyperlink in the email sent to the client, the browser gives a 404 or errors that the website images cannot be found.

Please advise.

Think I have resolved the issue. switched off Joomla URL rewrite.

Also changed the website URL to mysite.com/ and that seemed to have resolved the issue.
