Tags only partially work in the Admin Mail

in my AdminMail some TAGs do not work. What could that be? Do these tags only work in the customer email?
Can you help?

Hi,
In Administrator notification emails, OS Services Booking doesn't support those tags. The mention tags in your topic are only available in Employee emails.

Hi Ralf,
In OS Services Booking, one order can contain more than one timeslots, so that, in emails to Customers/ Administrator, we can't support those tags. Those kind of tags will only be used to show Start/end booking time of only one order item
