Order Details was created by Suschi
Hello folks,
i need some help I would like to include a link in an email to the customer that he can click and then see all bookings.
This should allow him to delete individual bookings.
Only the cancel link will be sent.
Unfortunately, the {Order_details} variable in an email template does not work.
Can you help?

Hi Suschi,
If you want to add the link to allow user to see all of their booking, you can setup menu to layout: "Customer layout: List all orders history of customer", and then, you can copy the menu link and add it into the email content.
By the way, OS Services Booking doesn't have this tag: {Order_details}
Could you please tell me what do you want to show, i will let you know the exact tag that you can use
Thanks
Dam

Hello Dam,
yes it works with the menu. Thanks for that. Exactly what I was looking for.
This solution is for users who have registered.
Is there a way to set the same link in the email template so that non-registered users can also see and delete their bookings afterwards?
Thank you in advance,

Hi Sushi,
Unfortunately, no. If user want to edit/cancel their booking, they must login, and this feature will only applied if user login when he(she) make the booking.
Thanks
