How do I activate/use the refund option for prepaid payment?

Can´t find anything about this.

Yes
I installed that one that came with OSB 2.15.0

But I can´t see how to make a refund?

Just wom´nder what I´m missing here.

Hi Stephen,
You just need to install new version of Prepaid payment gateway (including in latest OS Services Booking). And when customer cancel their booking, their balances will be updated (refund process)
