Define time slots

Hello,
Is there a way to define specific time slots to each day as opposed to using the steps.
Example:
Mondays slots
11:00 -12:15 Open for session
12:15-1:45 Break
1:45-3:00 Open for session
3:00-3:45 Break
And so on.
Each day needs to be different as well.
