customers not getting emails

customers not getting emails was created by Ashley Barnard
when anyone makes a booking they are not getting a confirmation email, only when they pay by paypal do they actually get an email, when the order is placed for an offline payment no confirmation email is sent to them, so they have no idea if their booking is confirmed, and I have additional details within that email the is needed for them to attend. am i missing something in the settings? all the offline payment orders have a red cross next to send email ?

Hi Ashley,
In Offline payment parameters form, please select option: "Active" for field: "Order status". Thus, when customers make booking and using Offline payment, they will receive notification emails

Please submit ticket on category: OS Services Booking and provide your site url with super admin account. I will figure the cause of issue for you
