Submit button not working in OS Service Book 2.14.3

i'm developing a website using OS Service Booking 2.14.2 and Joomla 3.10.1, when I upgrade OS Service Booking to 2.14.3 the submit button stop working, when you press the button nothing happens, i downgrade to 2.14.2 and the button works fine, by processing the order ok

I did a test with a fresh install of Joomla 4.0.2 and OS Service Booking 2.14.3 and im getting the same submit button problem in Joomla 4

Please re-download and install latest OS Services Booking version to get resolved issue.
