Remove or Disable "Deposit" feature on Form

On the transaction form for OSBooking, there is a pay full amount or deposit an amount. How do you disable the Deposit feature so that price is listed and the customer is not prompted if they want to pay in full. (see attachment)   [attachment=12770]get rid of deposit and pay full amount of transaction.

You can open OS Services Booking Configuration page -> Tab: Booking Configuration and adjust deposit amount, if you want customers to pay full amount to complete the work, you can enter 100% in field: Deposit

The deposit is now 100% but the transactions do not complete. In the "Orders" section, transactions show as Pending. Also after clicking "Confirm" an error page shows up with the following message:
Error 1452 Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails
FOREIGN KEY (`user_id`) REFERENCES `#__xxxx_user` (`id`) ON DELETE NO ACTION ON UPDATE NO ACTION)

Hi,
You don't have Acymailing extension installed on your site now and it's the cause of issue. Please unpublish the plugin: OS Services Booking Acym to solve the problem

Hi Acymailing was installed before I created this post. I disabled the component and ACYmailing plugins to see if it was the issue. The problem still continued which is why I started this post. I also re-enabled Acymailing and plugins to test whether it was not the culprit, but the problem still occurred. Also there is no plugin called OS Services Booking Acym, at least not installed on the website  
What do you think is the cause of the error.

Please upgrade latest OS Services Booking version and test the issue again. I will wait for your news
