I have received several emails from visitors who have registered and attempted to book appointments. Each of them has said their orders did not go through. No payment was received nor processed by OSBooking. Some customers even said they received an a 1452 error page when they try to complete a transaction on the website.
1452 - Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails ...#__acym_user_has_list`, CONSTRAINT `fk_#__acym_user_has_list1` FOREIGN KEY (`user_id`) REFERENCES `#__acym_user` (`id`) ON DELETE NO ACTION ON UPDATE NO ACTION)
When I review "Manage Orders" it shows some orders as "Pending". I have not changed any settings or added any new add-on's / extensions. I recently updated Joomla (yesterday), but the problem with non-processing orders was occurring before the Joomla update. What could be causing this issue? In the Booking Configuration, Disable Payments is set to No. Allow Full Payment is set to Yes. Default Order Status is set to Complete. Both Paypal and Stripe payment plugins are enabled. I am using the following installation of OS Booking:OS Services Booking INSTALLED VERSION.2.11.0
