In other OS extensions there's a field hidden away that allows extra email addresses to be added as recipients other than the one in the General Config? I need to add a couple of extra email addresses (about 3 in total).
your client can also set up an email alias that forwards messages to whomever should receive it. You can have the appointment request emails go to that alias.
