Paid for nothing.

I just paid via PayPal.  When PayPal sent me back to your site, your site said the transaction was bad.  I spent money and only get a silly error from your site. You need to fix two things, send me the program and fix your site!
It takes a month to get a refund from PayPal. Please send me the OS Booking.



UPDATE:
So you got your money from PayPal, then you cancel my order??????  The new attached image shows you canceled it. Tell that to PayPal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They still paid you.
