lost timeslots

lost timeslots was created by Alexandra Hoffmann
Hello again,
it happens because 1 seat becomes booked, the other  free timeslot at the same day and time doesn`t appears anymore. I provide 24 seats in 12 hours, 2 seats an hour. Monday for example i got 14 bookings, just 5 available timeslots left. 5 slots r just missed. Where are this missing slots to find. How can i solve this problem?

Hi Alexandra,
Please go to OS Services Booking Configuration -> Tab: Booking Configuration and check to see whether if the configure option: "Disable timeslot of service when one of employees is booked" is enabled or not. If it is enabled, please disabling that configure option and test the booking function again

Checked it out but this function isn`t enabled. It`s strange, because this problem appears just here and there, not at every available time.

Hi Alexandra,
If the issue isn't solved, you can submit ticket and provide your site url with super admin account so i can check it for you.
