Hi,
I seem to have set something so that within 5 hours of a time slot on the same day, it is showing available timeslots as unavailable.  What do I need to change so that all future, same day time slots show as available if they are, in fact, still available?

Hi Dam,
For example, today we have no bookings for our fitness center which is set up as a service with one employee "fitness". If you go to the booking page to book you see all of our time slots from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm (one hour time slots with 30 minutes between them). Right now at 7:34 am the 6:00 am, 7:30 am, 9:00 am, 10:30 am, 12:00 pm time slots all showing as booked, even though we have no bookings. I understand that the 6:00 am and even the 7:30 slots would be unavailable since the time as already passed, but not the 9:00, 10:30, and 12:00. During the day the rest of the time slots will also become unavailable - I think at 5 hours before their starting time. We would like time slots to be available up until the start time. I assume I have set something incorrectly, I just don't know what!

With this kind of issue, please submit ticket on category: OS Services Booking and provide your site url with super admin account, i will check the problem for you

Hi,
we were able to fix this by going into 'setup > manage venues' and set the 'Disable booking before' field to '0 days from now (current booking day)'.
