Generate ICS file bug

Im running OS Service Booking 2.11

1. When A ICS file is generated and send to admin and customer a default time of 12:00-12:00am is added to the end of the booking date not the correct booking time slot (please see attached screen shot.)


2. The business name configured in the backends is not showing its showing Unknown Organizer (please see screen shot)

3. the notes from the custom field is not added to the ICS file (calendar) when you input notes in the notes custom field

Hi Hamlin,
The development team is working hard to improve the .ICS feature, we understand that there are issues with timezone in .ics files, actually, we have fixed them, but still need testing for them. You can raise new ticket on category OS Services Booking and we will send you new OSB version for testing (with us)

Is this fixed? I have 1 hour mismatch using ICS file

The ICS issue has been fixed, you can upgrade OS Services Booking to get resolved issue
